She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Lee Howard, Sr.; her parents, Carl Owens and Nobbel Owens; her daughters, Linda Howard, Helen Brooks and Mary Shelton; and her siblings, Dora Webb, Ernie, Tommy, Everette and James Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Howard (Linda), Cecil Howard, Jr. (Margaret Ann Ray), Sheila Howard and Marie Messer; and her sister Betty Powell (Willie). She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
