She is survived by: her children, Dean (Debbie) and Teresa Pullen; her grandchildren, Shandy Justus (Sevierville), Ryan (Taylor Futch), Williamson (Gatlinburg), Kurt Shults of Gardendale, AL, Dr. Russell Shults of Orange, CA and Jimmy Lee Pullen (Sevierville); her great grandchildren, Annelise Justus, Beckett and Vivian Futch (Gatlinburg); her grandson Jaxon Justus Cole (Sevierville); and her caregiver Anne Way.
