She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Frazier; her parents, George Shelton and Ethel Mae Shelton; and her son Jess Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Ray Frazier of Newport, Stevie Frazier of Newport, Scottie Frazier (Tiffany) of Newport, Debbie Costner (T. J.) of Newport and Penny Ray (Ricky) of Newport; her sisters, Lorene Gentry of Newport, Vergie Brown of Newport and Edith Saylor of Newport; and her grandchildren, Aaron Frazier, Joselyn Frazier Emily Costner, Lexiey Williams, Devin Williams, Cayman Frazier, Ashtyn Jenkins, Hunter Ball and Alex Suggs. She is also survived by several other great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
