He is survived by: his wife Dianne Seay of Newport; his children, David Seay of Del Rio and Shannon Thomas of Jefferson City; his siblings, Edgar Seay of Del Rio, Mary Ruth Shulaw of Ohio, Rosie Seay of Ohio, Lois Willis of Florida and Iris Queener of Spring Hill, TN; his foster children, Linda Swatzell of Mosheim and Ronald Moore of Morristown; his grandsons, Cory Seay and Zach Seay of Newport; and his great grandchildren, Kourtnie Seay and Kory Seay of Newport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
