She is survived by: her husband Russell Cogdill of Newport; her sons, Brock Devan Webb (Marrissa) of Parrottsville and Kyle Seth Webb of Newport; her stepdaughter Jordan Small of Sevierville; and her parents, Danny Caldwell and Joyce Caldwell of Parrottsville. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
