He was predeceased by: his siblings, Aileen Holt Williamson, Josephine Bowman Kauffman, Allen Hooper Holt and Shirley Holt. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ford Holt; his children, Virginia Holt Bieber (Jeff), Andrew (Heather) and Jan O'Lear Coaker (Jamie); his grandchildren, William Bieber, Brady Holt, Abigail Holt, Camden Holt, Emma Holt, Megan Briscoe (Jarod), Jessi Webb (Jake) and Katherine Hance (John); his sisters, Janice Canan and Irene; his siblings-in-law, Gary Hance, Martha Ford Sutton, Jerry Ford (Rita), Bill Ford (Brenda) and Carolyn Ford; and his niece Cindy Ford. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
