She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Cook and Sofina Cook; her parents-in-law, Bruce and Glennie Williams; and her siblings, Donald Cook, Jimmy Cook, Elizabeth Ward, JoHelen Landers, Ruth Stanley and Georgia Lee Rollins.

She is survived by: her husband Chan Williams; her son Dwayne Williams (Debbie); her grandson Lukas Williams; her brothers, David Cook (Judy), Johnny Cook (Gail) and Ronnie Cook (Brenda); her siblings-in-law, Toby Williams (Barbara) and Ida Poe; and her friends, Buddy, Katie Barnett, Leslie and Latisa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
