He is survived by: his siblings, James Maples (Geraldine), Sam Smith (Linda), Wilma Lee (Joe) and Mary Jo Pheonix; and his nieces and nephews, Sonya West (Brian), Peggy Schrivner, Sandi Banks (Mack), Samantha Malone (Brad), Wayne Maples (Darline), Tommy Smith (Samantha), Lonnie Maples and Stephanie Breeden. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
