She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Starnes; her parents, Frances Keller and John Keller; her siblings, J. W. Keller (Julie), Yvonne Cameron (Mike) and Michelle Raines (Boone); and her close friend Tracey Smith. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins.
