He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roland and Geneva Marie Worth; and his parents-in-law, Jay and Mae Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Worth of Newport; his daughters, Heather Worth of Knoxville and Jessica Chapman (Hubert Jr.) of Newport; and his grandchildren, Savannah Worth of Newport and Christian Miller of Newport.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
