He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Hance; his grandparents, Charles Ledford and Magaline McMahan; his stepgrandparents, Arthur McMahan and Lillian Ledford; and his grandmother Pearl Hance.
He is survived by: his wife Casey Peterson; his daughter Jessica Hance; his granddaughter Karma Carmichael of Newport; his mother JoAnn Owens (Glenn) of Dandridge; his siblings, Laura Hood of Poplar Bluff, Patricia Good (Neil) of Mascot and Christopher Hinson of Dandridge; and his niece Shayla Hunley of Dandridge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces.
