She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Shelton, Lynn Fisher of Newport, Sherry Sane and Tina Presley of Cosby; her brothers, Harold Shelton of Rogersville, Carlie Shelton (Diane) of Newport, Carroll "Doc" Shelton (Rita) of Nashville and Terry Shelton (Tammy) of Bybee; her daughters-in-law, Cindy Fisher of White Pine and Terrie Moore of Newport; her close friends, JoAnn and Megan France; and also Steve. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
