He is survived by: his mother Marlene Hicks; his children, Macey, Maddison Toby and Ian Toby; his granddaughter Iris; his sister Amanda Lucas (Aaron); his niece Emma Dalton; his nephew Kyle Toby; and his friend Jeff Belcher. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faubian Cemetery.
