We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2023, at the age of 83, Scott Dee Ramsey (Newport, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Ramsey and Jetta Ramsey; and his son-in-law Robert Bobby Ottinger Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ottinger of Parrottsville, Scott "Todd" Ramsey of White Pine and Michael Ramsey of Sevierville; his sister Helen Reed of Newport; and his niece Missy Grooms of Newport. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
