She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Rines; her parents, Walter Gray and Della Gray; and her brothers, James Edward Gray and Jerry Lynn Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Stuart (Brenda) of Cosby, Ronnie Frank Stuart of Newport, Shawn Matthew Rines (Diane) of Morristown, Anthony Craig Rines of Newport, Carol Barnes (Todd Gray) of Cosby, Connie June Little of Newport and Vicky Ruth Stuart (Anthony Carr) of Selmer, TN; her brother Walter Gray (Tammie) of Newport; and her niece Ashley Gray of Newport. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Allen's Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
