He was predeceased by: his father Carl Lee Overholt Sr.; his sister Carless Keller; his nephew Travis Overholt; and also Eyla Mae Arms Overhollt. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Masters; his daughter Lisa Overholt; his grandson James Attley Gregory; and his brothers, Darrell, Jimmy and Carl Lee Overholt Jr..
