It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Elizabeth Keen of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McNabb and Reba McNabb; her siblings, Maie Louise Stewart, Irene McNabb, Doris Godfrey and Roy Herman McNabb; and her nephew Roy Russell McNabb.

She is survived by: her husband Joe Keen; her daughter Jessica Shults of Newport; and her brother Carl McNabb (Shirley) of Newport. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
