He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Easter Lewis; his son Hollis Lewis; and his sister Margaret Lane. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis; his children, Roy Steven Lewis (Tammy), Edward Stevie Lewis, Deborah Yvonna Cain, Star Little, Ponda Parton (Junior) and Tonya Reena Lewis; and his stepchildren, Chris Norton, Maime Webb and Ina Mae Moore. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
