He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jenkins and Edna Lawson Jenkins; and his brothers, Darius Jenkins and Dean Jenkins. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ann Jenkins of Marshall, N. C.; his granddaughters, Sarah Thomas, Holly Pike and Emily Pike; his great grandchild Islah Lindsey of Marshall, N. C.; and his brothers, Richard Jenkins (Lou) of Parrottsville, Mike Jenkins of Newport and Gary Jenkins of Newport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
