It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Fine of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Elaine Fine; his son Roger Dwayne Fine; his parents, Bill Fine and Mary Elizabeth Jenkins; and his siblings, Mary Faye Jenkins and Wilbur Jenkins (Dub).
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Wagner (Justin); his brother Jerry Epley (Inez); and his sister-in-law Judy Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
