He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Heatherly and Barbara Heatherly; and his brother Tony Heatherly. He is survived by: his children, Chan Daniels and Jesse Heatherly; his grandchildren, Levi, Aiden, Pressley and Eli; his close friend Misty Wilburn; and his sister Peachie Cody.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (2642 US-25W #70, Dandridge, TN 37725).
