She is survived by: her sons, Roger Blakely (Denise) of Newport, TN and Brian Hawkins (Stephanie) of West Lafayette, OH; her sister Jackie Riley of Peebles, OH; her grandchildren, Timothy Blakely (Courtney), Talea Lynn Henderson (Brandon), Elaina Owens (Blake Walsh), Tyler Hawkins, Trevor Hawkins and Taya Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Eliza Blakely, Caden Henderson, Zaelyn Henderson, Ensley Henderson and Zeke Henderson.
