He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Samples and Lucille Samples; and his grandparents, Paul and Maude Samples. He is survived by: his wife Edna Samples; his daughter Debbie Bloomer (Howard); his sister Donna Wallin (Eddie) of White Pine; his granddaughter Brianna Greene (Nicholas) of Morristown; and his great grandchild Adalee Greene of Morristown. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
