It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Burnett (Newport, Tennessee), who passed away on September 16, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sherline Burnett; his parents, Vete Burnett and Marie Wood Burnett; and his sister Evelyn Jenkins. He is survived by: his son Barry Burnett (Rachel); his grandchildren, Christopher Lee and Elizabeth Sherline Burnett; his brother Lloyd Burnette (Kay); his brother-in-law Clayton Jenkins; his nephews, Stan and Tim Burnette (Courtney); and his great-nieces, Chloe and Camille Burnette.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association.
