He is survived by: his wife Janice Marshall of Newport; his stepson David Black of Dandridge; his sisters, Genetta Sturgill of Maryland, Donna Kay Gargiulo of Delaware and Sandra Hammond; his nephew Martin Sturgill of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Zachary Black, Dillan Black, Izabelle Black, Genevieve Black and Candice Black.
