He is survived by: his wife Debbie Horner; his children, Lee Horner (Riann), Isiah Horner and Amy Urban (Chris); his stepchildren, Robbie Lawson and Amy Graff; his brother William Dean Horner (Kathy); his grandchildren, Bailey, Paige, Aubree Horner, Zack and Addison Urban; his stepgrandchildren, Katlyn, Carrie, Cayla Lawson, Sydney, Haleigh and Ryan Graff; his nephew William Easton Horner; and his nieces, Dawn Matthews and Karen Rogers. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
