He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Greene; his parents, Ronnie Greene Sr. and Jo Ann Greene; his daughter Katelynn Pack; his grandchildren, Kylee Greene and Braydon Greene; and his siblings, Randy Greene, Rebecca Templeton (Carl) and Ronnie Greene Jr. (Dana).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mayes Mortuary (444 W Main St, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Ferguson Cemetery (1382 Sulphur Springs Rd, Morristown, TN 37813). A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at the Ferguson Family Cemetery (1382 Sulphur Springs Rd, Morristown, TN 37813).
