He is survived by: his wife Charlene Phillips; his children, Blane Phillips (Lynn), Belinda Hill (Jeff), Brenda Phillips and Betsy Daniels (Pat); his grandson Jason Chambers; his great grandchild Nolan Daniels; and his sister Sylvia Audey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
