He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kelley; his children, Greg Kelley (Stacey) and Barbara Kelley; his sisters, Star Mantooth and Cathy Kelley; his grandchildren, Josh Kelley, Courtney Ford (Davey), Adyson Kelley and Avelyn Kelley; and his great grandchild Layne Ford. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, other family and golf friends.
