She was predeceased by: her husband R. C. Frazier; her children, Curtis Frazier and Levonda Sutton; her parents, George W. Shelton and Ethel Mae Shelton Stokely; and her brothers, Eldridge Shelton, Harvey Shelton, Howard Lee Shelton and George Junior Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Ella Mae Costner (Daniel) of Newport, David Wayne Frazier of Newport, Frank Hoilman (Sandra) of Cosby and Evelyn "Snitchie" Campbell of Parrottsville; and her sisters, Lorene Gentry of Newport, Tilda Stokley of Newport, Vera Frazier of Newport, Vergie Brown of Newport and Edith Saylor of Newport. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
