She is survived by: her niece Lauren Chandley (Hayden) of Johnson City; her great-niece Ellie Mae; her great-nephew Hayden Robert Chandley, Jr. of Johnson City; her caregivers, Teresa Grooms, Norma Stokely, Doris Elision, Peggy Ramsey, Orvella Norton, Jo Mullins, Becky Moneymaker and Regenia; and her close friends, Missy Biddle, Hope Turner, Piney Grove Baptist Church and Dr. Catherine Spiker. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
