He was predeceased by: his parents, London England Holt and Eura Stephenson Holt; and his siblings, Nettie Mae Calfee, Wanda Faye Lewis, Betty Jean Holt Hall, Willard, Bruce, Herman, Winford and Alton Holt.

He is survived by: his wife Maxine C. Holt; his children, Judy Cody (Gary) of Dandridge, Melissa Kiehl (Michael) of Knoxville and Ronnie Holt (Peggy) of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Selah Kiehl, Jonah Kiehl of Charlsie Colleen, MacArthur, Cassidy Holt and Stephen Holt; his great grandchildren, Naomi and Norah MacArther; and his sister Ruth Cody.
