It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pryor Hunt Jr. (Newport, Tennessee), born in Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jason Hunt; his wife Christine Hunt; his parents, Pryor Hunt and Margaret Hunt; and his nephew Russell West.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Hunt (Becki), Mary Beth Warwick (Terry) and Debra LuCindy Pack (Darrell); his grandchildren, Jake Warwick, Jack Warwick, Alex Hunt and Ava Hunt; and his sisters, Anne Jones (Steve) and Ruth West (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pete's honor to the Tellico Plains Football Program.
