It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Baker of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Sparks and Edna Craft Sparks; her husband Bill Baker; and her siblings, Bobby Sparks, Billy Sparks and Ola Mae "Tootsie" Lemaster.
She is survived by: her sons, David Baker and Daniel Baker; her brother Roger Sparks; and her friend Levi Gage.
