She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Busler; her parents, Nannie Busler and James Webb; her son Rickey Webb; her grandson Rickey Webb II (Lil' Rickey); and her siblings, Margaret Smelcer, Betty Williams, Lucille Webb, Ruth Webb, Doyle and Floyd Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Busler (Sabrina), Norma Jean Cunningham (Joey), Mary Hembree (Thomas), Donnie Busler and Penny Messer (David); and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Webb. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In recognition of the continuing pandemic, masks and social distancing are encouraged for those in attendance.
