It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Atkins (Newport, Tennessee), who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband R. B. Atkins; her parents, George Baker and Ada Baker; her daughter Melissa Freeman; and her sister Shirley Locke.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Atkins (Heather) of Newport, Scott Atkins (Lisa) of Newport and Stacy Freeman (Eric) of Newport; her grandchildren, Justin Freeman (Dawn), Megan Shelton (Michael), Dustin Gregg (Katie) and Chase Gregg; her great grandchildren, Annistyn Shelton, Konnor Gregg and Kaison Gregg; and her siblings, David Baker, Mary Allison and Martha Buckner (Roger) of Newport. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
