She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Barnes and Eula McGaha Barnes of Newport. She is survived by: her husband L. B.; her daughter Melissa Ottinger Leake of Johnson City, TN; her son-in-law Greg Leake; her grandsons, Grayson and Grant Leake; her sister Vivian Shults; her sister-in-law Evelyn Barnes; her son Jason Ramsey of Newport, TN.; and her nephews, Steve Barnes, Truitt Ottinger and Rick Riddle.
Due to the pandemic a graveside service will be at Union Cemetery Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 2pm.
