She was predeceased by: her husband David Baxter. She is survived by: her daughter Davena; her son-in-law Randy; her son Josh Baxter; her grandchildren, Rachel, Mark Jones, David, Courtney Dycus and Tori Baxter; and her great grandchildren, Callie and Roman.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821).
