She is survived by: her children, Barbara Toby, Betty Newcomb (David) and Bill Toby; and her grandchildren, Dusten Toby, Bryce Toby, Cassie Toby, Brittany Rowland and Charles Kirby. She is also survived by several other great-grandchildren, friends and family.
