She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Costner and Ritta Costner; her husband Kenneth Shultz; and her son David Shultz. She is survived by: her brother Lynn Costner (Carolyn) of Cosby Tennessee; her daughter Anita Shultz of Cosby; her grandchildren, Michael McGrath of Cosby and Karson Keller of Knoxville; and her great grandchildren, Danyka and Dallas McGrath of Maryville.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Caton's Grove Church (4475 Wildwood Dr, Cosby, TN 37722).
