Breeden (Michelle Stazzone) and Kaitlyn Spurgeon (Joey Smith); her grandson Michael Owens; her siblings, Marty Hurst (Edna), Angela Hurst, Robin Sumner (Kevin), Doug Hurst (Melanie), Bobbie Ray Cox (Kelly), Brandi Hurst and Brandon Hurst; her stepfather James Williamson; her mother-in-law Leona Breeden (Jimmy Spurgeon); and her nieces and nephews, Shannon, Misti, Mikayla, Carl, Gavin and Torsten. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
