He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Mitchell (Becky), Connie (Bryan), Jennifer (Doug) and Thomas (Melissa); his grandchildren, Aaron "Hippie", Kailey, Seth "Seff", Austin "Skippy", Andrea "Boo", Hannah "Little Bird", Brantley "Pooper" and Tristan "Bubby"; his great grandchild Kayslen "Mean Butt" (Caden); his nephew Forrest "Slick"; his sisters-in-law, Vernie "Elivie" and Cindy; and his pets, Gizmo and Sassy. He is also survived by several extended family members; countless friends.
