He was predeceased by: his mother Judean Atkins; his grandparents, Sam and Dixie White; and his uncle Kimmie White. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Atkins (Mary) of Point Pleasant; his aunt Sheila Henry (Ronald) of Newport; his cousins, Chad Henry of Newport, Jeremiah White of Newport and Kaylum White of Newport; his caregivers, Sheila Burnett, Mike Burnett, David, Regina Clevenger and Jamie Yarbrough; his brother Wendall Williams; and also, Katie, Abby and Kinleigh. He is also survived by friends including special friends.
