She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman Blackwell; her parents, Milas Coggins and Sarah Coggins; and her siblings, Walt, Wallace, Pat, Alfred, Hoover, John, Lonnie Coggins and Winnie Carroll.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Rollins (Charlie) and Linda Kilgore (Teddy); her granddaughter Kristin Presnell (Major); her sister Annie James; and her niece Martha France.
