He is survived by: his daughters, Crissy Mayhan (Jason) of Kentucky and Katrina Saylor (Terry Spencer) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, James Saylor of Kentucky, Easton Spencer of Kentucky, Weston Spencer of Kentucky, Jaydon Mayhan of Kentucky and Dustin Mayhan of Kentucky; and his sisters, Bonnie Sparks of Newport and Mary Lyons of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
