She is survived by: her children, Sarah Faye Phillips, Jim "Chopper" Phillips (Johnnie Sue) and Jerry Phillips (Diane); and her grandchildren, Michael Phillips of Newport, Heather "Sissy" Webb (Brandon) of Newport, Jeremy Phillips of Newport, Ashley Matio (Jesse) of Mandaville, LA and Brittany Collett (Kevin) of Maryville, TN. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
