It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Webb Shepherd of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on November 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Webb and Scott Webb; and her siblings, Dorothy Gregg and Charles Webb (Bud). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Shepherd of Newport; her sister-in-law Polly Webb of Newport; her nieces, Lisa Webb Sweet (David Sweet) of Corbin and Carolyn Neikirk of Newport; her great-niece Erinn Sweet of Covington; her great-nephew Ethan Sweet (Brittany) of Knoxville; and her cousin Bea Brooks.
