She is survived by: her children, Kathy Couick and Terrence Smith; her daughter-in-law Amy Smith; her grandchildren, Jason Smith, Adam Couick, Roxanna Couick, Teran Ford (Jimmy), Aaron Smith, Tyler Smith and Reese Smith; and her great grandchildren, Alannta Ball, Paizleigh Ford, Boedy Smith and Willa Smith.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Jonestown Cemetery.
