He is survived by: his wife Christy Rudd of Newport; his children, Jeffrey Rudd of Knoxville and Holly Holt of Newport; his siblings, Steve Rudd (Debbie) of Powell, Tommy Rudd (Pam) of Marlboro, Massachusetts, Pat Rodenborn of Powell, Mary Ann Byrum (George) of Knoxville and Peggy Worley of Bean Station, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Austin Rudd, Krista Rudd and Hayley Holt; and his great grandchild Kinsley Budensiek of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
