With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Webb of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on August 22, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Ottinger and Beatrice Ottinger; her brothers, Ronnie, Forest and Jimmy; her great-nephew Chucky Manes; and her son-in-law Buck Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Webb; her children, Vanessa Messer (Ronnie), Louneil Williams (Billy), David O'Dell, Karen Kelley, Robert Barnes Jr. (Tracy Helton), Lenora Barnes (Jan Palmer) and Debby Barnes; her grandchildren, Casey, Cassidy, Joshua, Jason, Rindy, Hailey and Cyara; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Laicy, Lydia, Lexie, Chesnie, Ariana, Brayden, Isabella, Walker, Rose, Bently, Anastasia and Eliana May; her great great grandchild Axel; her nieces, Sherry Campbell and Wendy Ottinger; her great-nieces, Brittany, Brooklyn and London; her close friend Anna Mantooth; her daughters, Riley, Blaklee and Mattison; and her close friends, Cody, Jack, Rocky, Brandy and Peanut.
